IF YOU AVOID THESE FOODS YOU MIGHT FEEL SO MUCH BETTER

If you have mould allergy of any kind, for seven days try excluding:

  • all fungus (mushrooms, etc) and
  • fermented foods (eg soy sauce, miso, balsamic vinegar) for a week.

Then re-introduce them into your diet one at a time (give yourself at least 24 hours between bringing each one back in case of delayed reactions.

Yes, I know these really add to the flavour and fun of eating.  However, if they make you sick and tired, you will find that over time your palate readjusts, so you will taste less adorned food in a different way  - and your improved well-being will bring heaps of pay-offs in every day life.

More on moulds - indoor and outdoor soon!

Please be kind and gentle with yourself.

Warm wishes,

Ruth
